Significance:
I think that this quote shows that even though Firoozeh has to face hardships, that does not mean it is the only thing. She also has good experiences, like in the French airport. I think this can relate to everyone.
Personnel Connection:
I can connect to this quote because things like that happen to me to. I do have some hardships, but I also get treated well sometimes. It is a very good, refreshing feeling. And like I said above, this connects to basically everyone.
Question:
What is a time that someone made you feel good? Why did it make you feel good?
Quote #2:

Significance:
I think that this shows that even though Firoozeh’s family is Iranian they will accept everyone in to their family. For example, Francois, who happens to be French. And now he is Firoozeh’s husband.
Character Judgment:
This shows that Firoozeh’s family are very welcoming and kind people. Also, when Francois says this he means that he is extremely glad that he is accepted in the family and he feels loved. I think that everyone wants to feel this way.
Question:
Do you want to feel welcome when you are with people from a different country? Why or why not?

Question: I did have a time were some one was treating me really good and that was my grandma. Because when I saved her from a really bad accident she was really thankful and wanted to do anything for me.

Question: And yes because if they were pretty nice people or just normal people it would be nice to get accepted by them but I don't really care because I don't really need anyone to me me feel welcomed or accepted because I wouldn't care.
