Stupid seizures! Why do I have to have epilepsy? I think Ralph thought I was going crazy because I was talking to him and telling him that he would get back safely but I could tell that I must have looked insane. My whole body was tense and I was squeezing a rock so hard I thought it would crumble in my hands. I guess it was better that I had the rock though because without it my body would have probably been shaking uncontrollably. After that we walked back to the rest of the group and I made sure to act dun. I could tell from the corner of my eye that Ralph was staring at me and trying to figure out what had happened back there, but I said nothing. That was probably the most sagely choice out of either explain it or saying nothing because I didn’t want to seem like a freak because I had epilepsy. SO, I just walked imperviously.
During the hike everyone decided that they didn’t want to go back to our camp. I have no idea why. It seemed safer just in case there was a real beastie but who knows what goes on inside the other boys’ heads. Everyone was saying that it was too dangerous for anyone to go alone but I didn’t think that considering I didn’t believe in the beastie. So, I decided to speak up for once. I told everyone that I didn’t mind and I would go on back to piggy and the littluns. I felt sort of bravado. That caught jack’s attention and when he looked at me he looked sort of windy. Jack finally agreed and I walked off into the forest back to camp.
